C)Identify knowledge, attitudes, beliefs, values and other internal and external resources that influence adopting and maintaining positive or negative health behaviors.
D)Understand administrative and financial policies that will need to be influenced in order to see that programs are effectively implemented.
E)Set up and implement the intervention
F)Conduct a process evaluation to see if the intervention is accomplishing what it was planned to do.
G)Conduct an impact evaluation. Is the program impacting the target population?
