An Agent's Authority May Be Terminated on Any of the Following

An agent's authority may be terminated on any of the following situations EXCEPT

A) at the end of a time specified in the agency agreement.
B) on the death or insanity of either the principal or the agent.
C) on the bankruptcy of the agent.
D) on an event that makes performance of the agency agreement impossible.
E) on notice by either principal or agent that they wish to end the agency agreement.
