Stacey Went for a Job Interview Last Week

Stacey went for a job interview last week.She was prepared, she answered all of their questions, and sent a prompt thank you note.She thought she did a good job in her interview, but she did not receive a call back.She went through the interview to determine if there was something she did not answer fully, or if she stumbled on any answers.The only thing she could think of that could have went wrong was when she was asked about her weaknesses she had to pause for a moment and seemed unprepared.Her response was that she will often go above and beyond what is asked of her which keeps her very busy.This was most likely the reason she was not called back.
