Patient with a Diagnosis of Aortic Valve Stenosis and Mitral

Patient with a diagnosis of aortic valve stenosis and mitral valve regurgitation is admitted for aortic valve replacement. Patient is also under treatment for congestive heart failure. Patient undergoes placement of aortic valve prosthesis with cardiopulmonary bypass.
