A Method of Estimating Is Called the Stick Method and Still

A method of estimating is called the stick method and still used by many contractors today even though it's not as timely on getting a bid out. All of the following are processes of the stick method of estimating except:

A) Each subcontractor is asked to give a price on the exact specification for the job.
B) Standard labor and material costs are established for each item.
C) Each subcontractor reviews the plans and visits the job site.
D) A complete materials list is made for the job.
