After Divorcing Four Years Ago, Janie and George Established Two

After divorcing four years ago, Janie and George established two households with Janie having sole custody of the children. However, maintaining these two households has diminished the income of the divorced parents to such an extent that they have trouble "making ends meet"and in providing necessities for the children.
