Under the Obergefell v. Hodges decision, all state laws on inheritance from married couples:

A) Apply to same-sex married couples.
B) Are overruled in favor of a federal system of distribution.
C) Are void unless they recognize unmarried cohabitants.
D) Are constitutional but cannot exclude un married cohabitants.
