Juanita Suffered a Blunt Force Trauma to Her Axillary Nerve

Juanita suffered a blunt force trauma to her axillary nerve that resulted in paralysis of the left deltoid muscle.The injury caused limitations in left shoulder movements and atrophy of the deltoid muscle.She is dealing with issues regarding her body image,and because of the asymmetry of her shoulders,she refuses to go out with her husband.She has come back into OT for a follow-up session.What intervention could the OT practitioner provide to address this body image problem?
