The Krebs cycle generates the most NADH out of the given options. In each turn of the cycle, 3 molecules of NADH are produced. In contrast, glycolysis only generates 2 molecules of NADH and the electron transport system generates varying amounts depending on the substrate being oxidized. Alcoholic fermentation and mixed acid fermentation do not generate NADH, instead they regenerate NAD+ to be used in glycolysis.
