If Winslow, the defense attorney enters an insanity defense, Tallulah, the defendant will be affirmed insane by the M'Naghten rule if:

A) her crime was a product of a mental disease or defect.
B) she did not know what she was doing was wrong at the time of the crime.
C) she lacked substantial capacity either to appreciate the wrongfulness of her crime at the time of the crime.
D) her crime was driven by an irresistible impulse to commit it or she had a diminished capacity to resist doing it.
