Gusti agrees to maintain Mrs.Poppendraius's yard,pulling weeds,cutting the grass weekly,and trimming the shrubbery once during the summer for $30 a month.Gusti makes a half-hearted attempt at pulling weeds,cuts the lawn once all summer and never touches the shrubbery.No damage is done except that Mrs.Poppendraius's yard appears neglected and unkempt.In terms of contract law:
