Normalcy of crime:
A famous sociologist, Mr. ED states that crime is normal in a society. It occurs in every society. A crime is a crime because it is against the normal behavior of other citizens. Generally, every person's attitude is not the same and there is a chance for deviations. These deviations lead to crimes. Hence, crime is normal in a society.
Citizens of Country A should adopt new ways to deal with crimes:
A notable sociologist, Mr. KE states that crime changes over time. During the past, drug dealing was the least noted crime. Nowadays, the criminal justice system has criminalized drug dealing because it is affecting the peaceful life of individuals. As generations pass by, attitudes of people change.
This change in attitude will make them criminalize some acts that currently harm the society. Hence, citizens of Country A should constantly adopt new ways to govern the harmful behavior of some individuals.
Conclusion:
Crime is normal because the society is accustomed to criminal acts. A society cannot stop but can control crime. Crime was prevalent in every society and it will continue with future generations to come. The only solution is to control crime and deter criminals. This requires a constant effort and citizens of Country A should continuously adopt new ways to deal with crimes.
