Since transportation via automobile was introduced, drivers throughout the country of Yalturia in eastern Europe have driven on the left side of the road. Recently the Yalturian National Congress passed a law that within 3 years, a right-hand driving convention will be adopted and implemented throughout the country. This is a major policy change for the country and will require significant public planning and project development to implement successfully and safely. Assume you are the lead engineering consultant from Halcrow Engineers, responsible for developing and describing many of these major projects. Identify six of the projects you deem necessary.
