Sigler yelled at Kobinsky for allowing his son to urinate in Sigler's yard. Kobinsky then began a campaign of harassment by anonymously placing ads indicating that Sigler had a business he did not have, signing the Siglers up for various subscriptions, and making commitments on their behalf. Police traced the source of the harassment to CUNA, Kobinsky's employer, and identified Kobinsky as a suspect. CUNA did an internal audit and discovered Kobinsky had used the company cell phone to call the Siglers' workplace, and the workplace computer to conduct searches for information about the Siglers. In addition to suing Kobinsky, the Siglers sued CUNA for negligence and negligent supervision of Kobinsky. Was CUNA negligent for failing to adequately supervise Kobinsky? Explain why.
