Indiana University basketball coach Bob Knight had a homeowner's policy with Indiana Insurance Co. The policy had a "business exclusion" that excluded bodily injury which is expected or intended, or which arises out of a business engaged in by the insured. Knight was sued by his assistant coach for pushing him and causing him to fall. Knight settled the suit by agreeing to pay him $25,000 and admitting he had pushed him. Knight then sought indemnification under his homeowner's policy. Does the exclusion apply to Knight's actions? Explain why.
