Parker eventually loses the case at the trial court level. On appeal, his attorney argues that the trial judge's decision not to admit the evidence was erroneous. Davis's attorney argues that the appellate court cannot consider this question, because appellate courts review only errors of law (not fact) at the trial court level. Is Davis's attorney correct?
