It bought the resin from General Electric for eight years and then started buying it from Adell because Adell said the resin was of equal or superior quality and sold it for less. JOL's purchase orders said nothing about warranties or remedies in case of a breach. Adell's forms sent with the shipments did contain terms including a damage limitation clause, which limited damages to the purchase price. JOL's casino customers complained that the new chips were less attractive and durable than the prior ones and JOL had to replace 1 million chips. When JOL sued, Adell argued JOL could not sue for more than the purchase price. Is this correct? Why?
