He signed an agreement that he would not solicit customers for whom he had performed services for eight months after leaving, nor render competing services within 50 miles of any office of PRC. He resigned and started working for a competitor, taking a lot of proprietary information with him. PRC sued to enforce the agreement. Pirrera argued that it was unreasonable. Is he correct? Explain.
