PowerPoint Application on Self-Directed Work Teams
Work groups play an important role in helping an organization reach its goals. As you have learned, people working together can produce more than individuals working alone. Because groups have more knowledge and information, they can help a company become more efficient and effective.
The president of your firm has been impressed with the way you have implemented self directed work teams in the department that you manage. He has asked that you make a brief presentation at the next quarterly meeting. This activity will involve your developing a Power-Point presentation on self-directed work teams. You have been asked to present a description of these teams and summarize the benefits of using them.
First, develop a title slide. Then, develop at least three more slides to present your information. Use Clip Art on at least two of the slides. The examples below show various types of slides that you may want to use.
