DeBartelo Corporation and had 85 tenants. The tenants paid a minimum rent plus a percentage of gross sales for maintenance of the common areas in the shopping center.
H. J. High's workers went on strike, posted themselves at the four entrances to the shopping center, and distributed handbills to customers.
