Frameshift Suppression. As discussed in the chapter, a nonsense mutation can be suppressed by a mutant tRNA in which one of the three anticodon nucleotides has been changed. Describe a mutant tRNA that could suppress a frameshift mutation. (Hint: Such a mutant tRNA was used to investigate the role played by peptidyl tRNA in the translocation of mRNA during protein synthesis.)
