c. Reduce subsidy:
Decrease in the corn subsidy reduces the corn subsidy amount. Thus, the opportunity cost of corn subsidy increases.
d. Free flu shot:
Since the flu shot is free of cost, the opportunity cost for flu shot is decreases.
