التوضيح
Chief complaint, concern (CC) is the history of all the past diagnostics of a patient that tells about the severity of the disease. The history of diagnosis reveals many problems that can be used for treating the patient in a better way. The patient may feel them, but ignoring the CC symptoms may lead to a severe disease.
Etiology is the study of the cause of the disease. Different patterns of the disease and the pathogen are observed and then they are analyzed for the medical purposes. Etiology helps in the disease control and gives knowledge about its transmission procedure.
CC shows that the patient has a history of coronary artery disease (CAD) and his X-ray shows that the size of the heart is also enlarged. In medical term, it is known as cardiomegaly. The patient was suffering from a lot of pain due, to which the patient was crying out loud.
Etiology of the patient shows about its past disease like CAD and cardiomyopathy. It means that heart of the patient is very weak and normal surgery cannot be carried without risking his life.
