b. Patient's wife calls the office, angry about his bill. She states they have met their deductible and does not understand why their part of the medical expenses are so high. (You note that their coinsurance amount is 30% after deductible has been met.)
c. The schedule for today is packed and Dr. Rodriguez will be out of the office tomorrow. Mrs. Maxim calls with what sounds like a cold, insisting she needs to be seen immediately.
