The patient sees a second dentist who repairs the damage done by the first dentist and remarks about the "shoddy quality" of the first dentist's work. The patient sues the first dentist for medical malpractice, and the defendant is found not guilty.
Was the second dentist acting ethically when she criticized the first dentist's work? Explain your answer.
