The ( S + N ) /N ratio at the output of an amplifier can be measured by measuring the output voltage with and without an input signal. When this is done for a certain amplifier, it is found that the output is 2 V with the input signal switched on and 15 mV with it switched off. Calculate the ( S + N )/ N ratio in decibels.
