(a) Sketch the baseband spectrum of an FM stereo multiplex signal with both left-plus-right and left-minus-right signals containing frequencies ranging from 50 Hz to 15 kHz.
(b) Use Carson's rule to calculate the bandwidth of the signal described in part (a), assuming a maximum deviation of 75 kHz.
(c) The signal-to-noise ratio for the left-minus-right signal will not be as good as for the left-plus-right signal in a stereo multiplex signal. Explain why.
