Chenoweth worked for Hillsborough County, Florida, reviewing files of hospital patients. She had to drive to hospitals to examine some of the records. She suffered a seizure, was diagnosed as having epilepsy, and was told not to drive at all until six months had passed without a seizure. She asked her employer to accommodate her by allowing her to work at home two days per week and by eliminating the requirement that she drive to hospitals. Her employer agreed to the former but not the latter. She sued, claiming a violation of the ADA. Decide. Explain. See Chenoweth v.
