Use four labor force groups: males, and females, in each case 16 to 19 years of age, versus 20 years of age or over. Assuming that the labor force shares of these four groups are as given in the following table, what would 2000 and 2009 unemployment have been if the unemployment rates of the four groups had been at their 2005 level Interpret the result.
