The desire to be profitable also should go hand in hand with the fact that the employees get enough wages for sustaining their lives. Profits should be made only after satisfying the main stakeholders of the business. Without paying the employees handsomely, profits should not be made.
This is because, if the employees are paid less wages in comparison to wages in other restaurants, their motivational levels would be low and they would look forward to switch to another restaurant where they are paid decently.
