As one with some knowledge of information technology, you have been asked to prepare a report for the managing partners of your firm evaluating the pros and cons of cloud-based systems. Your managing partners have asked that you give specific attention to the ability of cloud-based solutions to cut costs, build client and employee relationships, improve the exchange of information with clients, and build sales capabilities and sales management.
