Small businesses form a base for nation's economy. They are the source of employment for majority of the country's population. These businesses intend to small in size so that they can be managed and controlled by the owners in a feasible manner.
People who start small businesses normally have a common thought. They launch business to earn their survival. They keep the growth rate and innovativeness from low to moderate level to ensure a consistent earning. Very few among them think and act about social obligations which they are liable for. The ratio is low because these businesses do not have enough capital to follow social responsibilities. They struggle for their own existence rather than thinking about measures to payback to society.
Although social and obligation duties are to be followed by all the business owners, they can't be imposed to do so. They have limited resources through which they justify the salaries of the people working with them and for their own expenses. These reasons do not allow them to think more about societal obligations.
