A number of pizza chains or restaurants are probably located around your college campus. Using a focus group of students, conduct an interview to determine what factors are important in selecting a traditional or pizza restaurant. Once you have identified these factors, design a satisfaction survey to compare perceptions among the most popular restaurants in your area. Ask a sample of students who visited at least to two of them to complete the survey. Analyze the results and draw conclusions in a written report.
