Measure your job satisfaction for the job by rating each of the six determinants of job satisfaction using a scale from 1 (not satisfied) to 5 (satisfied); then add up the total points and divide by 6 to get your average, or overall, job satisfaction level. Be sure to write down the six determinants and your ratings.
