Jackson?s sister is on the phone. She will be taking care of the Jackson twins, Darnell and Tyrone, on Saturday, December 11, 2010, and she needs to make appointments for both of them for physicals and tetanus shots sometime after 9:00 A.M. That is the only day they can come in, so she hopes you can accommodate her. She does not remember the name of their doctor.
1. Find out who the boys? doctor is by looking up the information in Medisoft.
2. Go into Office Hours, and check the provider?s schedule for December 11. The doctor is booked solid from 8:00 A.M. until she leaves at 1:00 P.M.
3. Check the schedules of Dr. McGrath and Dr. Beach. Since Dr. McGrath is unavailable, book Darnell in the 10:30 A.M. time slot and Tyrone in the 10:45 A.M. slot with Dr. Beach.
