Topic sentence: The library is a distracting place to try to study.
________ a. It s hard to concentrate when a noisy eight-person poker game is going on on the floor beside you. It's also distracting to overhear remarks like, "Hey, Baby, what's your mother's address I want to send her a thank-you card for having such a beautiful daughter."
