The following day, Gerald is petitioned into bankruptcy; and Gerald's bank dishonors the check. On June 5, Jane serves notice on Gerald and the trustee in bankruptcy that she reclaims the goods. The trustee is in possession of the goods and refuses to deliver them to Jane. What are the rights of the parties?
