Guaranty. Majestic Group Korea, Ltd., borrowed $1.5 million from Overseas Private Investment Corp. (OPIC) to finance a Ruby Tuesday's restaurant. Nam Koo Kim, the sole owner of Majestic, and his spouse Hee Sun Kim signed personal guaranties for full payment of the loan. Majestic defaulted. OPIC filed a suit against the Kims to recover.
