She was fired on April 24,1980, because the female workers at Budget refused to allow her in the women's restroom and threatened to quit if she\he were allowed in. Ms. Sommers brought suit for a violation of Title VII. alleging discrimination on the basis that she was a transsexual. Does Title VII apply?
