When you bought your house in the spring several years ago, there were several overgrown forsythia in full bloom. You loved the color, but the plants were very unattractive. You had heard that it was best to prune in the late fall, so you've done that to the forsythia every year since the first year. However, you have not seen a forsythia flower since that first year either. Why do you think that could be happening?
