Two hours prior to admission, linead started coughing and wheezing and then an hour ago started having difficulty breathing. Her mother attempted to relieve the symptoms by giving steam and fluids butthe condition only worsened. linead has audible expiratory wheeze, nasal flaring, and inter- and substemal retractions.
