Your neighbor asks you to find out for him how much another patient was charged for an eye examination at the eye clinic that employs you. Your neighbor also asks you how much the patient was charged for his prescription eyeglasses (the eye clinic also sells lenses and frames).
In your opinion, what responsibilities, if any, does a physician or other health care practitioner have toward difficult family members or other third parties who interfere with a patient's medical care?
