Mrs. Brown was rushed to the emergency room by ambulance after her husband found her lying on the kitchen floor having convulsions. She has no previous history of convulsions and appeared to be in good health earlier in the day. You notice that Mrs. Brown has abrasions on her lower right arm, which her husband says she received when she fell to the pavement when bicycling yesterday.
