Working in pairs, locate the split in each of the following run-ons. Some of the run-ons are fused sentences, and some are comma splices run-ons spliced, or joined together, with only a comma. Correct each run-on by putting a period at the end of the fi rst thought and a capital letter at the start ofthe next thought.
