Shadow a nurse in a community health clinic that serves children with disabilities. Observe the roles and the interactions of the multidisciplinary team members. Follow a family through their clinic visit. If possible, meet the family at their home before the clinic visit, and observe their preparations for it. Accompany them from clinic check-in to departure. After returning to their home, ask them for their thoughts on the clinic experience.
