Glacial Plains sent Lindgren two written, unsigned contracts. He made the soybean delivery, but sold his corn to another dealer. Glacial Plains filed a suit against Lindgren for breach of contract. During a deposition and in papers filed with the court, Lindgren acknowledged his oral agreements with Glacial Plains and admitted that he had not fully performed.
