Although some managers and teams have found these services to be helpful, others have found them to be a waste of time and money-another consulting fad that provides no real performance benefits. Search online for team-building services, and examine the websites of a few consultants/companies. Based on what you have read, what might be some advantages and disadvantages of team-building services? For what kinds of problems/issues might these services be beneficial, and when might they have little benefit or perhaps even do more harm than good?
