What would a culturally competent field of psychology manage to maintain the balance of?

A) Positive psychology and pathology. I see where this question came from in the chapter, but the second half of that sentence in the book isn't a definition of "culturally competent positive psychology" -- it's a call for both a culturally competent psychology as well as a balanced psychology (positive and pathology) to be attended to by this new generation. I would remove this question.
B) Pathology and physiology.
C) Medical practices and positive psychology.
D) Research and therapeutic practices.
