In August 2018,Zano orders 10 Takamine T-35 guitars from Music Retailers for his class which is scheduled to start in January,2019.Thirty days after the order,Music Retailers notifies him that it cannot fill his exact order by the start of his class,but it is shipping 10 Takamine T-45 guitars instead.Music Retailers' notification is an anticipatory breach of contract and Zano has the right to sue immediately.
