Hirschsprung's disease is also known as congenital megacolon, which is a condition where there is a lack of ganglion cells in the wall of the colon. This results in a section of the colon being unable to relax, leading to a blockage and expansion of the colon.  Cleft palate is a condition where the roof of the mouth does not fully develop, esophageal atresia is a condition where the esophagus does not properly develop causing difficulties with feeding, and pyloric stenosis is a condition where the opening between the stomach and small intestine becomes narrowed, making it difficult for food to pass through.
